These terms are the agreement between you and Vigyaan LLC for using Aura. The most important thing to know up front: Aura is a wellness companion, not a medical or crisis service. If you're ever in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the U.S., call or text 988).
Welcome to Aura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Vigyaan LLC ("Vigyaan," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Aura, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura and able to form a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or older and meet these requirements.

Aura's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use them. The "mentor" personas are AI-generated interpretations offered for reflection and inspiration — they are not the actual individuals and do not represent their real views or any endorsement.
Aura supports general well-being and self-reflection. It is not a licensed mental-health provider, therapist, physician, or emergency service, and using it does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for medical or mental-health concerns. If you may be in danger, seek emergency help immediately.
Aura currently offers a free tier with daily usage limits. Paid plans (Plus, Pro) may be offered in the future; if and when billing is introduced, applicable pricing and terms will be shown to you before any charge, and purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms' terms.
You own the content you create in Aura (your messages, memories, and so on). You grant Vigyaan a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Aura app, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Vigyaan LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aura for your own personal use.
Aura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigyaan disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Vigyaan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Aura and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vigyaan LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
