Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days. To help us help you faster, include your account email, your device and OS version, and a short description of what happened.

Aura's Plus and Pro plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you manage or cancel them in your store account:
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.
You can remove your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your conversations, memories, reminders, and profile from our servers. Prefer we handle it? Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll take care of it.
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password to get a reset link at your account email. If you signed in with Apple or Google, just use that same button to sign back in — there's no separate Aura password.
Your text conversations run on hardware Vigyaan LLC controls, and are never sold or used to train anyone's AI models. A few narrow features — such as voice calls — involve a vetted AI provider, always with your consent. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Aura is for adults — you must be at least 18 years old to use it. Aura is a wellness and reflection companion, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
